Mains adapter for t500 rs

Just a quick question,

I bought my wheel form usa and I'm in australia, the mains adapter is different but voltage is ok as the power brick si 100-240v

Can I just use my power cable from my computer and connect it to my t500 rs power brick?

They seem to be the same connector

Anyway, I'd take a close look at it. A converter might be better, asking an electrician could get you an definite answer.
