K,. Ive been in contact with the organizers and they will have GT3 registration set up very soon,. hopefully :)

This actually gets better everytime I investigate: I recently have come to the conclusion that there will be CASH prizes for the 1st place competitors :D :D :D,... could you imagine if this were to get rolling? There would actually be a way to make a living,.. playing video games,... OMG it's the job Ive dreamed about since the first nintendo was released!!!!!!!

I'll let everyone know the minute registration opens for GT3,... I can assure you, barring a change in their organiztion, that I will be attending this event 👍

I'm in montreal so I'm about 8 hours away by car which isn't so bad. But I dont think I have enough time to actually go to this thing with my studies and all. I knew of events like Quakecon and always wondered why they never made em for the GT games, and now that it finally happens, I cant go :(

By the way, do people still play quake? Used to be a hardcore q2er back in the day.
 
I used to play q2 online all the time....really hardcore. I've never been to quakecon and I don't think I'll go to this either :/
 
Max E, well known (though occasionaly abrasive :p) OLR racer, took home the $1000 prize from the MLG NYC GT3 competition.

I wish there were some comps near me in Des Moines, Iowa.
 
First place was $1000????? I hate you Max, you know you need to share some of that $$$ with me;) Congrats. It is too bad that I do not play GT3 anymore or else I owuld have given you a challenge if I would have wanted to travel to New York from Georgia, it would have been cool to see you in person and race against you.
