There is a rumor of a major update coming next week. There is a joke of it over at myGT.com for Aprils fools. So Im assuming its not true which is stupid cause they know people will freakout about it me being an example. Can anyone confirm?
 
There has been no information of any upcoming updates. mygranturismo.com only had their little April Fools' Day prank to be funny.
 
im pretty sure that there not caring about the game right now because there to busy rebuilding there contry
 
my guess would be April 14... just a guess

why does everyone have to mention this. OK we know what happend and it sucks but for one PD announced they were not effected by it and two as bad as the devestation countrys rebuild, amazingly fast too. So lets get to work and make more premiums hmmmmK

Because it's a serious national disaster and I'm sure PD employees also have to deal with the effects of the community they may live in, and if they have family affected in the tsunami/earthquake. It's a big deal.

Perhaps because it's more important than a stupid ass video game?

And the country is not rebuilding amazingly fast either. In fact, it seems the situation is getting worse by the day.

it IS getting worse but only because of the reactor.but others going to work as usual because they dont have time to grieve nor worry as they have their team to control the situation.and all Japanese believe in them.so they move on with their live,and as soon the transportation system works again they continue to work/study as nothing's happened.it's just like that with the Japanese..
 
If you're going to complain, you could at least use spellcheck to look somewhat intelligent.

You think a country is going to neglect the world around them so a zit faced kid in the states doesn't have to whine anymore about not getting updates for his video game?
Japan is in a state of crisis right now, and you have the audacity to act like it's no big deal.
Hop on a flight, and walk your ass into PD and help them get the ball rolling again, since you've got the time to whine about it.

Japan WILL rebuild again, the population there is a motivated and strong willed one, much more than the rest of the world.
Maybe we could let them get a leg to stand on before telling them to do jumping jacks.

Simple answer to this is DON'T POST RUMOURS, If there was a planned update it would be in the news section, Adding to that it would have come from PD themselves don't you reckon ?, Hence making this whole thread pointless

ANY Japanese is involved right now. There is no affected or unaffected...
 
Besides there is a big disaster, people there has to earn money for living. That's why they have to work. That's why PD has to work to get money. And most Japanese companies are in business already.
So, stop to post nonsense about that "All Japanese companies stopped to work and every man in Japan are working on rebuilding affected territories."
There was no announce that PD stopped their work.

Have to agree with you. PD will still be working but they will be a lot slower in getting anything new to us.
 
The update will come when it comes. Finito.
