I was just wandering whether anyone here got what I'm told is "alergic rhinitis". It's like a cold which nocks me out for about a week or two in the summer and winter randomly. I start off with a saw throat for two days and then I get a completly blocked nose where I can't breath through it, which is made worse by heat. This disables me from sports regularly and I've already had to give up cross country running, athletics, barsketball, cycling, sqaush and football (or I've had to majorly cut back on them). As when I come to do them (even when I haven't got alergic rhinitis or whatever it is) I still find it hard to do the sports as my eyes start to water, my nose strats to run, (the lovely part which non of you probably want to know) my mouth gets filled up with mucus etc. I also can't really go near aerosoles anymore. So the short of it was, i was just wandering whether anyone has it or anything similar and if so what they do about it?
