i am sure this topic was brought up before, but the reall question is how many races it took you to get used to the manual, for me it took two races, the first one was a disaster, so i stopped watch some replays and the way they down shift and found out braking and down shifting is the key secret.
went to the second race and voila, since then i never looked back to automatic
then there is the style of braking, there are corners you can negotiate without releasing the gas button you just brake while on full gas, and then there is the other technique that i always use, press the gass with the middle joint of you'r thumb and when you need to brake you do that with the tip of you'r thumb releasing gas then pressing gas back again quickly this keeps the revs of the engine up without loosing speed!! :cheeburga cheesee heh
even i am amased by myself
