Hi I just had a quick question about if you had a racing wheel like the G27 that was six speed and you were driving a 7 speed car like the bugatti veyron. How would that work? Would you not have access to the seventh gear or would you just use the paddles or something?
 
You can either use the H-Shifter till 6th gear and then flick the paddle for 7th, or just use the paddles 1 through till 7.
You can interchange between Paddles, Clutch with H-Shifter and H-Shifter no-clutch-required during the race at anytime, it's such a great feature.

Is there maybe also a way to remap the 7th gear (either on H-shifter or Wheel)?

PS: Reminds me of myself going at max Rev in a 4gear Golf switching to the 5th (aka 3rd) a couple of years ago xDD
 
My general rule is if the in car cam has a paddle shift, use the paddles. If it uses a 'H' shifter use your H shifter.
Simple.
