Hey so relatively new ish to all this malarkey but was wondering if anyone had any reasonable non sarcastic non shady advice for picking a manufacturer for this new season of demolition derby that's being kindly generated for us by the powers that be

Cheers.

Only real way to enjoy it is to test in the Daylies and pick what you feel most comfortable driving in. Since there's no Gr. 4 race there this week finding or setting up a room in the lobbies would work too.

Was leaning towards picking Lexus last week, but then I decided to switch and go Jaguar after having better results consistently.

Basically, choose the car you are most comfortable using. If it's Alfa Romeo, choose it. If it's Subaru, choose it.

You may like the Lexus GR.3 and the Ferrari GR.4. Your choice may be based on which tracks you like to drive those cars on. Looking at the season, could be you prefer driving the GR.4 at majority of the tracks.

Check the FIA thread, if you want to pick a random brand or popular brand. In the end, just pick a brand and see how you go. Good luck.

Also remember that only 2 races count so you can ignore GR3 or GR4 if you feel your best bet is just going all out in say the Ferrari GR4 even though you can't handle the GR3 at all. But unless your an alien (and it's doubtful they would ask for this advice) it just comes down to what suits you better. I was set on Aston, but as it gets closer I'm torn. I do well in Ford and Jag just depending on track and which is best.
Some folk just use a randomiser, suppose you have someone to blame if it goes wrong and your maybe learning cars you wouldn't normally try.
