Mario 64 (DS) Saving Issues

So, I have a Super Mario 64 (DS) game, and basically the problem is that it simply won't save.

I started a new File, played it through for an hour (saving on every occasion when prompted). However, when I (saved and) quit the game there was no evidence of any game save.

It's really frustrating, because it's not exactly a game you can finish on one sitting.

I've tried Formatting the game but that was just as unsuccessful.

Any help would be really appreciated. 👍

Could have tried the Console and Computers section, see if you can get a thread in there because that's where it should be.

I can't really help with you problem as I don't have any experience in that game. Perhaps somebody can help you if this thread is moved to the right place, maybe a mod will move it for you if you can't do it yourself.
