I saw this a few days ago but some hackers have recently discovered some unused code found in the recent release of Max Payne 3. It covers the weapons and vehicles list extensively.

Apparently a lot of the cars appear in some way throughout MP3, but still could give us an idea of what to expect.
 
I saw some of the actual vehicle data on another website (speed, acceleration, etc.) and it is structured similarly to how it was in GTA San Andreas (I used to mod the game on PC) so it looks official to me.

I'm expecting GTA V to be Vice City/San Andreas kind of badass game with tons to do, more than any GTA has ever had.
 
I'm believing diddly squat until Rockstar confirm.

It was leaked that there were 'seatbelts' in GTA:SA.

However, I'll be dead chuffed if the 'monorail' is some sort of stealable railway system...

Needs more weapons, the small handful offered in IV raised many eyebrows and Rockstar won't get away with that again in 2012.

Or at the very least, attachments. Silencers at least, imagine being able to stealthily move through a warehouse full of enemies, instead of just going in all guns blazing.

That's what I was expecting GTA IV to be, but despite being a great game, it didn't take the crown off of San Andreas. I doubt GTA V will be the one to take the throne.

You never know...The trailer looked pretty damn promising. But then again so did IV's. So we won't know until it's released I guess.
 
Personally, unless there's an official statement from R*. I can't take lists like this one seriously.

Having that though, I agree with what Liquid said and I also hope for the return of stealable trains. 👍

I don't doubt some material created for GTA V would be found within' Max Payne 3's coding, but I doubt the entire list would be.
 
Play through Max Payne to get a glimpse at some of the cars, trucks, planes and boats in GTAV. Spotted an SUV and a Turismo in the underground parking garage, as well as a couple vans. MP3 is running on the same engine, and it appears Rockstar borrowed some of the vehicles. Unless those are from GTAIV and not V.
 
Well, there was some stuff from San Andreas that popped up in Manhunt as background objects and such, so it's not surprising if there was actual assets from V in MP3.
