Matte Silver, Looking for something to run Like the Wind with, Offers?

I have a Matte Silver chip that I would like to trade for something to run Like the Wind with.

I have not seen any of these offered so I am thinking it is rare.

I would love to get a Toyota GT-One, but if not I am open to other offers.
