Well, the Calibra Touring Car is probably the most powerful N.A. 4WD car in GT2. I don't think there are many others; most 4WD cars are turbo, unusually.

If you're looking for something to mop up the NA No. 1 squad, you don't need much more than 180hp, in reality. I beat them with my '93 Civic with NA Tune Up #2.
