Fair enough. Is it any different to spamming pictures though? Or anything else for that matter? It's just annoying because I have a thread that already had over 5 videos embedded, and now I can't edit any of it, unless I just basically delete everything from the post.

There's a five link maximum on signatures (I found that out myself), so I guess it applies to posts as well...although you can seemingly have all the "plaintext" URLs you want inside a post. I asked him privately about the signature maximum, but he's also backed up on a lot of things with the new forum software.

Hmmm...Jordan would be the one to contact on this.

Embedded videos are "heavy" page elements which can significantly impact browser performance, especially on older machines, tablets, or mobile devices.

With 30 posts per page of a video-heavy thread, things could get ugly quickly without maximums.

If you need to share more videos than that, just link to them instead of embedding.

My phone never had any issues on GTP11 and I had 100 posts per page.

android has a tap embedded video to play so it never loads all of them at once.
