Maximum number of saved liveries (Cars)?

Today while downloading some liveries for the new cars (1.15 update) I got a blue screen of death (error) and I then noticed that the liveries I have been downloading are not showing up.

I went to my car livery collection and noticed that I have 986 in total

I then deleted 1 and tried to download a livery and Voila, that now shows up.

So I am thinking I have reached my limit of 986 and thats it... from now on if I need to download any more, I have to delete some to give space

Is this right? any ideas? Not sure why its not telling me that I have reached my limited.. instead pretends to continue downloading liveries.
 
There is a limit of 1000 decals to download, so it might be the same limit for liveries. The limit may be a memory issue and you may be bumping up against that memory limit.
