This project by MPS-Rotary began in 2010, using a Mazda 3 MPS built to FIA E2-SH regulations. The engine is a 3.2 Wankel Twin Turbo Rotary producing 630HP and 500NM of torque, with the car weighing less than 1000kg and the car was finally ready for competition in 2015.

No idea, haven't been able to find that out. Their website doesn't say how many rotors it has, just that it's a 630HP Twin Turbo 3.2 Wankel Rotary.
 
3.2L? If that's done without any modifications to the internals, that sounds like it's some sort of 5-rotor engine, but that comes out to 3,270cc...

So it's most likely a stroked out 13G.
 
It's a two-rotor car. Due to competition rules, turbos count as additional displacement.
