Mazda RX500 appreciation thread

Anyone else tried this blast from the past? It looks and sounds pretty good and because of it's 850kg weight and low drag coefficient it's faster than you'd expect from a 248 hp car. It's amazing they got that much power out of a 1 liter non-turbo motor, especially back then.

I painted one yellow and one green, as this prototype has also been shown in those colors.

One thing that confuses me with the car involves the tail/brake lights. I thought I read somewhere (probably some Japanese classic car site) that the different colors illuminated at certain times, ie. green light: accelerating, yellow: constant speed, and the brake lights, red, were progressive.
In GT6, however, green and yellow light up simultaneously when accelerating and the brake lights don't come on progressively to show braking intensity.
Other than that I think it's cool.
