Yet another thread from me to complain about certain features not working. My music library on the PS3 works fine, however when I jump into Midnight Club: Los Angeles I get an error saying that the data type is not supported. The only songs that will play in game are MP3's, but in the XMB both the MP3's and the AAC 256's work correctly.

So, how do I get my AAC's to play in MCLA?

If you had put this in the Midnight Club section, maybe someone who has the game would of seen it and answered your question.:sly:

I personally have no idea as I don't have the game, so wouldn't know whether there is an issue with the game supporting certain file types. From what you wrote, it sure sounds like there is.

I've never experienced any problems with playing my own music, but I've never checked every file type.

I thought about that, but I thought the PS3 forum got more views in respect to the Midnight Club forum.

Too bad no one has any solutions to my problem yet, but thanks for the gracious help anyway.
