McLaren F1 GTR Race Car rare?

So I just beat the Dream Car race and the McLaren F1 GTR Race Car came up on my used car list for 3,575,880 credits. I was wondering if this is a rare car, should I buy it? Does anyone here have it already? If so, what do you think of it?
 
Defenatly one of the cars I would like to have in my garage sooner or later, as well as the MB CLK-GTR. Simply stunning cars.

It is however, one class below the Group C & LMP1 cars.

Would also like to know if anyone have tested these two :)
 
Well, I don't know how the game engine determines which cars show up in the used car lot, but I do know that I haven't seen it very often. Definitely more rare than many of the more mundane cars.

It's one of the cars that I really want. I've seen it maybe twice. About as often as I've seen the Formula GT car, if not even rarer than that. Sadly I didn't have the credits to buy it the times I saw it. :(
 
I have the McLaren F1 GTR... it's a rare car and if you want it you better buy it.. it's my favorite car so far... the sound and the handling and the look!!!... you can not paint the car!
 
I skipped it because I'd rather have enough money for the Formula GT right now, I can't let it go by me twice.
