It's easy enough to spot a good trader on Ebay, and to be fair most on Ebay are good honest traders, if you get scammed then you didn't pay attention to the warning signs.

Well even if you get scammed in the USA eBay has a protection where your money gets refunded if you supply evidence you were scammed. This is why I never worry about purchases on eBay any longer. I purchased a compatible GT5 disc, and all 11 chromeline and stealth cars on eBay for 50 dollars, no scam, everything went smoothly.

50 bucks is also a bargain ... 👍

i only have a stealth car the GT-R GT500 from the free redeem code i missed out on getting the NSX-R stealth car for buying the complete pack ( 15 cars, 3 tracks, new suits, 90 paints) but after 3 days i still got it and now im enjoying my favorite DLC car the Dodge Challenger TC


but if you get the signature edition with those Chrome Line redeem code will they still work?????

No, because it was sealed ... I got lucky because the person lives in Belgium and I in the Netherlands ... so I take the car and drove to Belgium.
But I don't have any nasty experience until today at Ebay.

The Nissan is only for North America, in Europe we get the GT-branded SLS AMG orange colored diecast.

That's not the Signature Edition, that's the US Collectors Edition, only Europe and the Asian market had the SE (which I own by the way). And yes, the codes should still work, but they only work once.
