Me and Bob's b-spec levels

Anyone have an idea how the two interact?

At lvl. 37 I seem to control my 33 Bob better than I controlled my 39 Bob when I was lvl 35.

How this is manifested escapes me....I guess the choices are

1. Simplest: My level is a multiplier on his
2. My level affects his ability to respond...could even say effects his response, there, I got to use 'em both in the same sentence!...a bit like his strength does.
3. I'm missing something...

Sorry if this is discussed elsewhere. Haven't seen it though.

Are you racing the same event, same driver, same car, set up, etc?

For sure....SLS Challenge....no variables, not even tires. I'm discussing 2 different drivers though, but they are both half red cornering specialists with braking < accuracy < cornering
