What mean teachers do you have/have had?

My Chemistry H. teacher sucks. She has a really mean look to her. She talks in a mean sounding voice (kind of monotone) and she doesn't like for you to ask questions. Her excuse for this is that she is preparing us for college but I think 10th grade is a little early to be treating us this harshly. Also for some reason she doesn't like me! I don't know what I did! She never wants to anwer my questions. When I ask she acts like she doesn't care and kind of blows me off without fully answering my ques. There's some other things that she does but I won't get into those (don't feel like typing all that)

So, share your mean teacher experiences (everybody has one).

My computer science teacher.
He only teaches the girls, when the guys ask questions, he's just like "Check in the book it's there!" but when a girl asks, he spend like hours teaching them. Personally i don't think he's mean, but he's sexist and is a retard. Also, he can't teach, all he does is read from the book, so which makes him even dumber.

I've never had a sexist teacher. I'd ask him like "Why do you only help the chics! What's up with that, huh!" See what he says.

I always hated the teachers that would allow the gals to get away with breaking all sorts of rules, and snap at us guys for the little things. These must have been guys that couldn't score so much as a handshake from a girl in high school.

But mean teachers are just a part of life, some are strict and others are flaky as can be. But when Mr. Flaky-Never-Shows-Up-to-Class-Professor gives you a "C", you start to wish for the strict ones because at least you know what to expect, and where you stand in the course.

i've had sexist teachers, racist teachers, and my accounting professor is the queen of b!tches. there is no other word to describe that prick.

she couldn't explain a balance sheet if her life depended on it. her method of teaching is sitting in front of her laptop and showing us HER way of doing things in excel. that'd be fine...if we knew how to get to where she got on our own. the text is no better. it expects u to know everything too. to make matters worse, the exam will be pen and paper and not laptop oriented to match with our laptop program.

Yeah, I know that I'll have to deal with mean teachers my whole way through highschool and college but, hey, I'm still gonna fuss about'em. It makes me feel better, I can't hold all that anger in.

I had an english teacher that was incredible. She was about 60 and didn't put up with anything. Been a teacher all her life.

Slight problem with teaching antagonistic teenagers your entire life. It'd drive you to drink. At the beginning of the day she'd be drinking coffee, by the time lunch orlled around, she'd be thinning out the coffee in her mug with brandy. By the end of the day, there'd be 10% coffee and 90% Jack Daniels. Last period english classes were a crap shoot. You'd never know what mood she'd be in.

I went to a Catholic grade school and highschool. I had plenty of mean teachers. They had no excuse, they were just mean and had a need to hurt kids. Sister Joseph Bride was physically abusive. Sister Thomas Leo was (and I just coined this moniker two nights ago while reminiscing with my mom and sister, and it is perfectly accurate) a seething cauldron of malevolence. Fact: she expelled my little brother for bringing baseball cards to school. Fact: she would go up and down the hallways and if your coat sleeve was sticking out of your locker, she'd cut it off with scissors. There's a hot corner in hell waiting for her.

I don't mind mean teachers. I just severely hate lazy and terrible teachers that do nothing in the way of actually teaching. My Management Economics (I shouldn't even be in this class to begin with, but my schedule is ****ed up every year by the idiots who run my school. I took an AP Economics class last year and they throw me into an Honors BUSINESS class?! ****ing stupid if you ask me.) teacher just gives busy work and takes every drop of fun there is out of Economics. I took AP Economics last year and my teacher was fantastic--he made it interesting and I learned a boatload.

The class is so dull that no one in the class does any of the homework. She assigned some crap assignment and gave us two weeks to finish it. About 10 percent of the class passed it in.

She is worse than mean because she just makes me dumber.

I had this one teacher in 6th grade who just hated me for some reason. Always rolled her eyes at me and never called on my when i raised my hand. And ass soon as she saw me take a quick glance away from my book she called on me. So when i didn't want to answer an questions i did raise my hand. Wehn i wanted to answer a question i stared at the lights. worked out great! 👍

I had a terrible teacher for my 8th grade English class.
She was so mean. She would say that we would have a test in a few days, then give it to us the next day. She would embarass people with social problems, no homewrok, or bad grades. Simple b*tch. Nobody liked her, not even the other teachers. Sometimes I felt kinda bad because of that, but then I would remeber all of the bad grades I had thanks to her.

My worst teacher ever was way back in first grade. Mrs. McKee, She was a bitter old woman who just didn't seem to like little kids. I was fine with her until one instance in which I still can't forgive her for. You see, I'm colorblind, and she knew this. So one day in class we were coloring, and I guess I used purple instead of blue, she went ahead and made a spectacle of me in front of the whole class saying something to the effect of, "Are you stupid?! Even my 3 year old nephew can pick the correct color." I went home in tears that day, my mom had a talk with the administration, and she was relocated to harass other colorblind kids.

Haha, that'll show her! That little *****.

No MEAN TEACHERS... But mean judges.... Made me cry even in grade 9.... man.. that was horrible...

My science fair took quite a while to finish preparing.. i present it.... the judge comes, and says it's just BAD without reason.. yet all the other judges say the project was done quite nicely.. I could have gone to the regional finals if it wasn't for that judge....

My fourth-grade teacher - She was young at 22, but boy did she have an attitude. If the class was noisier than usual, we'd have a huge load of extra work piled on us. Classwork in general was ridiculously tedious - We'd take several pages of science notes a day for example (as in, 2-3 pages front and back, and not even bulleted... just solid sentence after sentence after sentence). She had an awful temper, and seemed emotionally unstable at times. Uck.

my 2nd grade teacher was a b!znatch!! homework every day of the week and even on saturday... then my english teacher for 8th grade makes us write a 3 page essay due every monday of each week

Well I haven't had a mean teacher, but I take all honors, and the only thing wrong with them is that they all have these really strange quirks.

The only one who was close to mean was my Spanish IA teacher who accused me and my friend of cheating during the final exam. We said maybe 5 words to each other, and the last test out was across the room 3 rows behind us. The kid was already failing the class anyways. Ms. Ackerman took off 15% on my exam which dropped my quarter grade down to a B.

my gr11 spanish teacher hated my bloody guts with a passion. for our final project, my partner and i spent hours putting our presentation together so it'd be as perfect as possible. we go up to present, did just fine. ask for our marks, she refused to tell us. then she called us aside after class and said she gave us a zero b/c she thot we cheated!!! we argued with her for the better part of the next period and she refused to give a mark. then we went to the principal (took us the entire 80 minutes of lunch to find her). the principal said it's out of her reach...

sooo, i was brought down to a 69 in spanish for my final mark, and i never took a foreign language class since...all thanks to that little !@#$.

then there was my comp sci teacher in hi school. 3 years in a row, i had her, and 3 years in a row, my final mark passed 75% only once. somehow, after getting 80's and 90's in my tests, i always dropped to 75%. finally, last year in grade 12, she gave me an 85...but thats cos i spent the better part of 3 months coding a program for the coaches to set up a scheduling system for the gyms and training times for the teams.

Well i had a teacher that used to throw chalk and chalk brushes at us. If he saw us talking while he was trying to teach he would turn around and fire what ever was in his hand at us. But he was far from mean, i'd actually say he was one of the nicest teachers ive ever had.

I can't really recall any mean teachers.

There was one that was mean to her students on occasion but she wasn't mean all the time.

My 5th grade teacher Ms. Candella. Ha, she was ffiiiiiiiine lookin too. Finer than frog hair.

I had a crush on her. ;)

how old was she :p

You're right it is another thing. What is your point?

You could conceivably have a teacher in high school who is only about 4 years older than you. Younger, possibly.
