What are some tuning tricks that I can do to help my cars cornering ability? I figure mechanical grip might be the way I should go, so what are some things I can do to the setup to increase mechanical grip? Thank you very much for your help, it is very much appreciated because I am kind of in the dark.
 
You get mechanical grip from adjusting full custom suspension and full custom LSD. All tuners here, I think, try to get maximum mechanical grip with the tunes they post.

Also, racing soft tires give high mechanical grip.

To get a good set up for a car, you really need to use trial and error. You will also find many tunes posted on the forums here.
