Media Markt Germany Online Shop Not Delivering

Okay, there are already some threads regarding pre-orders, but I know that Sony/PD employees are watching this space, so I thought it might be a good idea to mention this here.

Most, if not all people, who pre-ordered the Anniversary Edition online at Media Markt Germany haven't received their game so far. Not even a shipment confirmation. Many guys, including myself already paid for it, but nothing.

The excuse: "Our online store didn't receive enough copies."

The joke: Their local stores have copies in their shelves, even though they advertised it like it's exclusive for pre-orders.

The problem: When I cancel my pre-order now, it will take a while until I have my money back and I have no guarantee that the nearest store still has a copy, because no one answers the phone.

The solution: None, except the hope that Sony will never again make such a deal with them again.

I'm extremely annoyed, mostly because I paid 80€ for it, which is a lot of money for me.
 
Too bad Media Markt does not deliver or deliveres late. Lots of people are waiting eagerly for their pre-orders. What's the use of pre-ordering if you don't receive the game on release day...

Some people got theirs now, but without the 5 pre-order bonus cars, because "it was a seperate article you had to order", but when I ordered it, there wasn't anything extra listed.
The whole thing feels like a fraud and if I won't get my copy including the pre-order bonus, I will contact the public authority for consumer protection.

I pre-ordered at Media Markt in Holland and I didn't get my pre-order bonus cars. It's just rubbish.
 
Seems like they're crap never mind the region.

The precision pack was never meant to be included, not in germany.
