Members With Most Points List Inaccessible

When I'm on the Members page and I click 'Most Points), it goes straight to 'Most Messages'. Is this a bug or do you have to be Premium or a staff member to see it?

I would assume it's for staff purposes as it would be a bit odd for regular members to see who has the most warning points.

I believe it's for a forum feature that never got implemented.

Northstar is correct, we aren't using the points feature of the forum software, so that tab is not functional.
