Memory Timings

Okaaaay..

So in the BIOS, I've set my memory timings to 2.5-4-4-8.

But in Everest, I get a different timing readout, such as:

CAS Latency (CL) 2.5T
RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD) 3T
RAS Precharge (tRP) 3T
RAS Active Time (tRAS) 6T
Command Rate (CR) 2T
This is found under 'northbridge' under chipset under motherboard in Everest Home Edition.

Can someone tell me what's wrong?

Edit: My RAM is also rated at 200fsb with timings of 2.5-4-4-8, but my overclock is at 180*11.

edit: Yeah I don't know. Everest could be giving the wrong read outs, maybe try CPUID and see what it says, http://www.cpuid.com/download/cpu-z-126.zip .

Even CPUID says my timings are at 2.5-3-3-6. I want looser timings so I can hit my 200 fsb!

Does your BIOS still ahve the 2.5-4-4-8 timings showing? The BIOS timings should be the correct ones.

Yes my BIOS still shows 2.5-4-4-8.

Thanks event.. I'll try and push my oc up to 200fsb tonight.. I suspect the only thing limiting it is my RAM.. Thanks!
