Does anyone else have the same problem I do with the menu? you can enter a race before the menu appears on the screen?
if i press x when I'm picking up my controller, it'll jump into the race before i get a chance to fix anything else. its quite frustrating when you're in a championship :ouch::grumpy:

Do you think this should be fixed in the next update?

No but i would suggest keeping your trigger happy thumb away from the "X" button untill everything loads up. I'm not sure i have had this problem but just sounds like you need to be more patient.
