After I mentioned the Nissan 300ZX bug earlier:

Now I probably found one which involves the CLK-LM.

When you turn on the lights, it only has one tail light working (left one). The right one doesn't work.

Tho both brake lights do work properly.

Many light bulbs on standard cars need to be replaced. Should be a nice function in GT Auto.

In real life, some cars only have 1 foglight bulb instead of 2, as it saves money and most countries only need 1 working foglight to be road legal anyway. The Subaru Legacy only has 1 foglight.

This is clearly not a fog light as it turns on when turning on the headlights.
I believe fog lights usually don't work in GT5.. Also the headlights are working on this car.

I think it's rather strange the fog light is on with that Legacy.. And I think most cars have only one fog light..

Premium cars have foglights that turn on when it's foggy. Since standard cars don't have any light options other than all on or all off, the foglights get turned on even if it's not foggy.

Still it doesn't explain why the normal taillights don't work at all.:)
