I had never even heard of Metro 2033: The Last Refuge until I read this article and saw these early screen shots, and now I'm seriously intrigued:

The Russian team, 4A-Games is currently working hard on the game Metro 2033: The Last Refuge. People who have ever even heard of the game will know that this is a brilliant game graphics. In an interview with the Game Radar has 4A Games creative director Andrew Prokhorov said that their new engine will make full use of the latest technology of the PlayStation 3 and one of the greatest first person shooter games will be very much in graphic detail and quality.
"Nothing is static in this game, even lighting effects will not be static, any light that you can see will be dynamic, demolish, move, whatever. The number of light sources in a frame is automatically adjusted, and is not programmed by a programmer. The game will look like a film and we add 64-bit HDR with an eye adaption feature, depth of field, motion blur and PhysX.

Metro in 2033, paces you in the shoes of Artem placed. He is a young soldier who knows how to reach the ground and attacked in the dark corridors of the underground. This is both mutant animals to human changes to the body that you will walk. You'll have to try to different political organizations and the public to find out. NPC's in the game would be independent living. They can also interact react differently to you.
