You know a year is coming to a close when you got the Michelin Race of Champions coming up. Unlike most American sports that label champions of domestic series as "World Champions," and unlike the former IROC as being a world championship motorsport, this is a proper world championship featuring worldwide talent in this lovely All-Star shootout. Where else could you see NASCAR drivers take on World Rally drivers (for example)? It will be lovely to see who all makes the cut for the Race of Champions to be held at Wembley Stadium on December 14. This year's about to come to an end with 2009 waiting in the wings. Who'll win this year's Michelin Race of Champions?
