I read somewhere that the Microsoft Flight Simulator is in Microsoft Excel...Anybody ever heard of this? I wanted to know cause we are having to use Excel in this gay computer class I have at school and I wanted something else to do...
A few modern day famous iterations of this idea are the classic Konami code, the flight simulator hidden in Microsoft Excel, the name change in Nullsoft’s Winamp program, the view of Apple Computer headquarters in the Mac OS 9 Finder, and god only knows how many hidden levels and codes in modern games.

I want to find it...Ive been searching for a while...I hate doing my work and they keep deleting Unreal and I dont have enough time to find it on the network...So I need Flight Simulator...

In Excel 97, there is a flight simulator of sorts.

1. On a new Worksheet, Press F5
2. Type X97:L97 and hit enter
3. Press the tab key
4. Hold Ctrl-Shift
5. Click on the Chart Wizard toolbar button
6. Use mouse to fly around - Right button forward/ Left button reverse

It takes a while, but there's a scrolling message board somewhere in there, too. You have to fly around very slowly and carefully to find it and read it.

If you're using Office 2000, then you substitute X97:L97 with X2000 and L2000 in vat_man's instructions. Check www.eeggs.com for more.

In this case it just shows the credits.
