I can't seem to find a thread like this, so I'll make one.... :dopey:

My address for multiplayer games on FS2004 is 192.168.1.11

Lets fly together!!

If this is a repost, direct me to the nearest thread of this sort. I sure would feel stupid!:yuck:

Well we peoples in Australia are still waiting for FSX (FS10). :(

yuhu great

too bad i lost my MS FS 2004 cd's...but last time i checked the stores i found MS FS X, both versions (normal and deluxe)

my quick question is, can i run MS FS X on my laptop?

Acer FerrariNotebook 3000

2.5ghz amd athlon
128mb ati mobility 9200
512mb ddr2 ram.

short details, think its possible?

oh and btw, i could play MS FS 2004 easily.

Unless you require all the bells and whistles in FSX turned on to fly, I'd say your laptop will run it..

Unfortunately probably will run pretty bad, FSX so far has turned out to be a real system hog (much worse than FS2004) and looks quite bad when the settings are turned down. Although it may be OK as some systems tend to handle it better than others even when they are similarly powerful.

Some FSX forum members have figured out a few tweaks so far but nothing major.

alright, i downlaoded the demo, and i can acutally play it...just everything on low. :(, well, i didnt expect more.lol

but i like it somehow.not much differents to ms fs 2004.

There is actually a big load of differences from FS2004, most of it has to do with airports, simulation features (like order cargo truck, push truck, fuel truck, jetways, many more aircraft system simulated etc), many missions in the full game, a proper globe this time where with the right aircraft you will be able to go well out into space (but FSX doesnt come with a aircraft like that, its upto mods) and etc etc etc.

Intially when you start up FSX it seems much like FS2004 though and plays generally that way if thats what you want. :)
