Midland's new Colour

Midland is not gonna be yellow

And why would midland by yellow?

I love the new colors, by the way. But, why is it that everyone's copying Toyota? You think Toyota will change their uniforms colors (red, white, grey)?

and i expected them to be yellow because they were midland-jordan and they were still yellow.

No, it was black with the colours of the russion flag in a thin line from the nose to the back of the car. Looked pretty awesome. 👍

And they were Yellow because they were still competing as Jordan F1.

to be honest, i liked the yellow as well.

nothing beats renault, ferrari and honda
in terms of livery. renault was just plain
beautifull. ferrari had the traditional red
with splashes of white's. BARhonda was
just stylish from a graphic design (not aero
design or car design) point of view.

i like the mclaren colors. silver and black. i'm not a mclaren fan but those cars look really nice.

but yeah i'll miss the yellow.

Personally, I thought the yellow Jordan cars were a bit garish. They looked cool when loaded up with sponsors; they looked like hornets (I loved the "Buzzin' Hornets" tobacco-free livery ) Now they're just bland. Yellow doesn't look very good as a solid color, so I won't be too sad to see it go. I am sad that Eddie Jordan is gone (and has been out of the picture for a while), as he was one of the likeable characters in F1. If he were still in charge of the team in June, it would have been a Ferrari-only USGP. But then again, Tiago Montiero would not have gotten to be on the podium...

How long do you think it will be before the new owners get "bored" of F1? There were rumors last year around the halfway point that he was getting bored already with F1 (sorry i cant remember his name).

Yep, it's hard not to say that Renault has some beautiful cars! Then again, nearly all F1 color schemese are attractive because, well, they have to be to get sponsor money. Renault, McLaren, Ferrari, Honda, Toyota, I liked all theirs. Liked Jordan's too, but not this year's Ozjet Minardis or the past few Williams.

Really? I liked Minardi, Red Bull etc. In fact, the only paint schemes I didn’t really like were BAR and Williams—though, that had more to do with the shape of the car, I suppose, because it has looked good in years-gone-by.

haha, i think the BAR hondas were really stylish.
simple color scheme + i like the thick nosed cars
like ferrari, bar, sauber.

the williams cars this year were mediocre. blue
and white. classy but a bit boring.

I likes the Red Bull paint sceme mostly this year, especially when they had the Star Wars livery for Monaco, that looked sweet.

BAR, Renault and McMerc can have mentions too, very nice looking cars. 👍

Although it holds prestige I find the Ferrari livery boring as hell! Along with Sauber and Williams.
