Is anyone else's game losing details in the roads/buildings or does your car smash into invisible traffic while you are racing or cruising? I have downloaded the latest firmware from Rockstar and have exchanged my disc for another at my local Best Buy, but have had the same glitches occur on both discs. Anyone else having the same difficulties?
 
I have not experienced anything like that to date, I did the software patch about two weeks ago.
 
It has happened to me about once, but I don't think it's the same problem as you. Traffic appears randomly infront, and I'm usually to slow to move away fast enough. Not really a big problem though.
 
If you mean that stuff doesnt load up at the speed at which your travelling and as a result you crash into invisible objects then no, I havent had anything like that happen. Everything seems to load up well ahead of time.

It couldn't be that because even when I'm cruising and stopping at every red traffic light, only doing about 30 to 40 mph, I'll still hit another car who is waiting at the light, even though I can't see them. I don't know. Possibly, I'll upload a video so y'all can see the glitch in motion.

This happened to me alot, so I ended up selling the game. NFS is MUCH better.

Maybe its just an individual problem with a particular disc or machine but its sounds bizzare. Maybe you could try it on another PS3 to see if it does the same but a video would be good to see whats going on.

Actually, I experienced something like this earlier. About 3 times in ten seconds, in a race, the screen froze for about a second or two and then resumed again. It did that on 1 race, did another fine and then it did it again on the next. I think maybe it was that point of the game because it hasn't happened again...
 
Ok, my brother was bored and decided to play MCLA, in his own account on the PS3, not in mine. In fact he's been playing it since 11:30, and it hasn't done the invisible car glitch. So when I get home later today (I'm typing this from my iPhone) I'll try it again in my own account. If it works, that's great, if it doesn't I'll try and make a video.
 
I haven't had that. I do get the freezingtime, but it's only for 15 seconds or so, then the game just resumes.
