Midway Tuning: Lotus Exige (11R+Wing)

Regarding what Team666 and l0tus_tunnen have said about the rollcage, i didn't intentionally fit the rollcage for any performance - I had this car very early on when i first got the game and it's just the way the car was when I was doin this.

I guess that would explain why I had such a problem on one of the corners having to drift partly round (unless I intentionally went quite a bit slower).

Interesting thing you said about the dynamics Team666.
I have never really cared about it, I always had the feel that a car that's stiff and low might not immediatly have faster times than a softer one. I think soft suspension can reach alot, because it makes smooth weight transfers, it can be pushed a bit further.
Gradually stressing the grip in a corner is better than giving a jerk and immediatly start with a huge amount of stress IMO.

But then I read some simple tuning manual for GT4 wich said the stiffer, and lower to the ground, the better. So thats why I got all my tuned cars very very stiff. I'll reconcider my actions now, as I dó get what you mean;)
Thanks.

n case anyone was wondering, i really liked Team666's setup the most even though there was some aspects of pyrelli's that i liked too. i'm gonna mix and match and see what happens for now

btw, i've achieved 1'08.462 on Midfield Normal with Team666's setup and NO AIDS!

if you feel like its going to drift, and you HAVE to drift, lower the de-accel setting on the dif. that should help. ad some toe on the front, and see where it takes you.
