Test Drive Unlimited 2 was just released today and in my opinion its a very good car game. I know the physics aren't top notch like GT5, but the car collecting is still there. Also, the open road sand box type game makes it quite fun. Why isn't there a subforum in the Other Car Games forum area for this game yet? Thanks

PS - Today? I thought it was to be released Feb 11th? Oh well, will pick it up this weekend.
 
I asked Jordan about this a while ago and he said no. Although it does seem to be getting a following. I'm not getting it for a few months anyways so I won't bother with any petition signing or anything.
 
We do not add subforums simply because people send us a petition. If you want to see a subforum added, it would be better for you to give us a reason as to why that subforum is absolutely essential to the forums. Producing a list of a hundred users who want that subfrum does not mean it is absolutely essential. After all, that accounts for less than one percent of our forum population.
 
I've seen Jordan add subforums for games that have a high topic count. Give it time and it may happen.
 
To be fair (if the situation was that Jordan is the only one who can make sub-forums), even though Jordan is the site founder, it would make him part of the staff, therefore interludes saying "we" is not out of the question. Either way, I'm sure it's one of those things that's up to closed discussion among them, so "we" is justified anyway.
 
If we get enough interest in the new game, it's likely Jordan will open a TDU1/2 subforum.
 
Yes, I am the only one of the staff who manages and makes decisions about the various forums. I think a TDU2 forum would be appropriate and have just created it here.
