Mine's Evo and Satin Blue Paint

For Christmas I'd like to treat myself to a Mine's Evo. I've failed yet to find it in the game.

Additionally, my Lamborghini would like some Satin Blue paint, as they are not available for purchase in those colours and I don't have a chromeline d/l code.
