The car goes to 215mph and then backs off to 205mph. Its like its pulsating, how how should i tune it and how should i stop it from doing that?

it sounds like the car needs it's transmission altered a few steps higher. Move the trans setting to the right a couple spaces.

The pulsating is your transmission not able to accomadate the Horsepower. It is acting like a "governer", not allowing full us of your car's power.

It's actually the engine hitting the rev limiter. To raise the rev limiter mess with your gear ratios. It has nothing to do with the transmission not being able to handle the HP. If this was the case the reults would be a blown transmission, synchros going out, etc. Also a Mine's Skyline uses the Getrag 6spd made in Germany. The transmission is good for 1000hp+ and is able to accomodate more horsepower then most can imagine.
