Mini Cooper S gearing in Quick Tune

Not sure if this has been mentioned (I did a search first) but what gives with the Cooper S? You can only adjust 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 6th gear... bizarre to say the least. Checked PAL and Japanese versions and it was the same in both.

You know those service lights that can only be turned off at an authorised dealer?

Well they want your cash to change the cogs out too. They use a special spanner that only MINI technicians (oh and double 0 agents) have access to.
 
yeah, I noticed that last night.
The worst part is that 4th gear is way too short and 5th too long/tall... I don't remember this happening with the Cooper S either in GT Concept or GT4.
Is it a bug or does it replicate the real car's performance, anyone?
