Minolta 88C-V turned into a pile of garbage

my Minolta 88C-V turned into a pile of garbage for some reason, it used to be good now it cant even win like the wind in a spec or b spec , it used to be able to hug the corners now it will only ride the walls its really stupid i dunno what happened to it. i have it a chassis repair and engine rebuild and oil change i tuned it to this http://www.gt5-tuning.com/index.php?title=Toyota_Minolta_88C-V_Race_Car_'89 and nothign what a piece of garbage it is now my bspec driver is level 22

anyone got suggestions on what could be wrong with it

Which of the 3 tunes turned your car into garbage.Maybe you used the wrong tune for the wrong track?

the first tune on the page, even with it set all at default it still sucks i dunno what happened to it, when i first got the car i could go around the indy track with out touching the brakes and not hit the walls now it just grinds the wall

When was the last time you rebuilt the motor or straighten the chassis? I noticed on mine that it runs like garbage once these repairs are needed. Once I fixed it up, it was back to normal.
 
Have you tried to rebuild the Car Body? This could be the reason that your car does not corner properly. When you use a car for a certain amount of time. The structural integrity can be compromised. Rebuild the car body and see if that helps.

i will try it again with that tune but its almost the exact same tune as the one i have except for toe angle

do you think level 22 bob is high enough to able to win?
