I HAVE used the search bar but threads I found were inconclusive. Wanted to kart with some friends but I couldn't find the track and it wasn't appearing offline under practice mode either.. Is anyone still having this problem? Has anyone found a solution?
Go to the PS Store, seach for Gran Turismo Family Pack. There are two of them, one for cars and on for tracks. Download both. This should fix your problem.
