Missing License Ghosts.

I was completing my License Tests for Gold last night. (Done! Woohoo!)

Whenever I hit the restart button after a faster run, The game won't update my ghost. Has anyone else had this problem? It started after the last game update/patch.
 
Look at you controller options where you put the ghost ( you can turn it on/off ).
Usually it is somewhere on the cross. i forgot where, sorry. Mine is on the up-button.
 
Sorry for bringing an old thread back, but this is just ridiculous. I have tried to assign the ghost option to all kinds of buttons on my controller, but it *just won't work*.

What's going on here? The ghost suddenly disappeared after some update I think.

First I had the square button on my DS3 assigned as brake, and that worked in the license test. Aha, I thoght, so I know that that button works. So then I changed it to ghost instead, but now it doesn't work. The ghost car isn't switched on.

I press it after I have completed one run, so there should be a ghost to switch on. Anyone have a clue?

You need to exit out just to the screen the gives the description of the test in order to update the ghost. If you keep hitting restart, it just keeps the ghost you had.
