My brother has completed all the missions and is back to LS but hasn't got wang's cars, wheel arch angels or import/export. How does he get these missions as he ignored the courir missions so can he still get these missions?
If hes done Cesar's missions in SF he should have Wang cars, same with wheel arch angels i think and import/export is unlocked if you do the customs fast track mission
