Missing parts and setups

So I've been having this problem with my Skyline and Evo. Every time i buy the turbo kit for the skyline and don't install it , it goes missing when i enter a race and in the bottom right corner it says i own like 6. And with my Evo every time I tune it and save it and go online and race it gets reset. And i have t redo it after every race. Is anyone else having this problem?

Check in the GT 5 GT World Menu. Should be an Icon saying Items or or something like that.

Ive seen all my Parts in there that i havent installed on any cars.

there are all there yes.
but make sure u have chosen the right car if you install them.

i bought about 10 snow tires because i didnt know there is this item section.

its not that bad, because you can go shopping for all your cars without changing the car all the time.
