Hiya fella's :) Nice to see that the friendly regulars are still abundant! :D

I put GT3 down when Tiger Woods 2004 'online' came out. Pretty much been doin that ever since :) But, now, lol, there aint no turnin back for a couple more years :D I've also been establishing a small gaming community with a rankings ladder and forums and such, pretty fun stuff. 👍 Lately I've been runnin on Kai with some buds; its some killer stuff,.. GT4, online :D :D

So, all in all I havent been too far away. What have you been up to? I see DA got a big promotion :cheers: and daans site is still kickin butt :cool: :D

I'll be here more frequently in the future again so hope to see ya soon!

That was some nasty driving! Good to see you can cheat so much when you need to. I've only completed the first 15 missions so far. When I get my PS2 back, I think I'll take care of the rest of the missions before doing anything else.
 
Well one mans treasure is another mans garbage. One thing I do know is that there are a lot of people want to pass that mission and cant; I'm here to offer help to those who may need it. 👍

Besides your right; if they intended for it to be THAT tough; they would've thrown in the "tires off - you lose" feature; a shame indeed.

All in all I must admit that I was happy to be back to help out when I recieved the warm welcome from DA and Daan; but after these last few remarks I'm all of a sudden remembering why I despise large communities :rolleyes:

I'm on Kai every night fella's, and though one wouldnt assume so after seeing my replay, I'm cleaner than a nun walking away from confession. Come get some anytime.
 
I agree with RER, it doesn't matter if he ran on the grass or rode the wall, passing the SL with by half a second, exciting stuff.

You almost smashed the back of the 2nd last car - very close, nothing would be worse than a 5 sec. penalty on the straight in a race like that.

WHile some of you may bash RER for the driving showcased in that video, I will note (for the record) his driving skill will put 99% of you to shame.

If you decide to call him to test, be prepared to have your ass handed to you on a silver platter. Yes, he'll give you a napkin with it as well.

What he's shown here is how you can pass this test. If all else fails, here is the answer.

I'm telling each of you that thought less of him because of the driving shown, to issue a challenge, verified by replay and you'll lose.

Knock it off and review the movie for what it is. A demonstrated review of how Mission 34 can be passed.

wow, i heard that the final test was so hard, but after having seen this video...you only need a 9 minute lap on the ring with the slr to win it? i am doing 7s with the M5 on N2 tyres, so it can't be that hard with the SLR... :crazy:

AND I even drove cleaner than he did. I was also faster through a few more turns.

Actually, you need a 9 min. lap after waiting at the start for 2:03. In fact the lap time to aim for is in the range of 7:05 - 7:15 depending on what happens during the race.

The only thing I've seen from you is a well dodgy lap of the nurburgring. So, as far as I know, you drive like that all the time. You need to give us more examples of your good driving. More examples of the driving that got you the 80 golds, not the mission 34 style of driving.

Daan is right. RER has history. One of the fastest guys on the planet (earth not GTP) that I've met. I know what he can do and show. Daan is giving you proof to back up what I stated.

Dori-san, I'm sorry that I missed your video. With all the movement on this site, it was the sight of RER's name that brought me into this thread.

I don`t give a f... what kinda of driving is it, if it works! GO RED EYE RACER!! I am going to try this tonight! I drive like this all the time :)
 
I've done this test although it took me a while I done but I didn't do any of the alleged things that RER done but if thats what you need to do then do it, their are no rules that say your not aloud to do this even if it is defying the games purpose but if it's possible to do in the game, who can complain? :S
 
its driving mssions who cares how u drive, i beat one by 20seconds, i slammed the nsx that was infront of me lol, and great drive RER, both vids, amazing skill 👍

history or not, he still drove much worse than I did.

but I see what you're saying. I think I have a couple replays saved from my license tests... I'll see what I can do about getting them up. Also I have intentions of getting a faster, more legit video of M34 up.

perhaps I could request that RER do the same? to see just how much he can slaughter them by? that complex string was insane! (side note: wonder why they didn't put that track in 4?)
 
ive seen RER's video and yes the driving is dirty in places but in the places where its not so dirty it is some awesome driving,better then i could do anyway. Mission 34 is a major nightmare which i still haven't managed to do,the 2 minute wait to get started is such a pain,i spent the best part of 4 hours last night trying this mission
