Going for gold on the final and I am bummed as I finish my first lap 4 seconds behind the leader. Better try again and go a little faster.

Only to find that it's a 4 lap race.

Why doesn't the event overview say it's 4 laps??

Just thought that was funny. Time to actually plan for tires and pits.
 
Same happened to me, thought it was a 1 lap challenge the first time I ran it. RIP racing softs.
 
Should have kept going but I restarted. Pretty anti-climactic after the other challenges leading up to this one.
 
Got the Peugeot L750R Hybrid for prize. Thank goodness it's not a double.

I think they would of thought that by the time you get to this one that you would be broken and curled up in a fetal position. So they ease up a tad.
 
Had a lot of fun with this one. Normally I race with hood cam which I feel I'm fastest with, but I had a ton of fun using cockpit cam for the majority of the race. My 911 RSR never felt so great to drive and the fog/sunset made for a beautiful backdrop.
