Mission: UNDER SURVEILLANCE

ARGHHHH!! How am I supposed to kill that final mafia-dude which is hiding behind the fence in the top of the buildning.. I can't even see him. just the blue arrow.. tried sniping all around him and still no luck. Is there anyway to get the rocketlauncher at this stage of the game?

I hardly had any problem with this mission. I got it the first time. I easily sniped each one of them.

1. Only way to get rocket launcher is to use the weapon cheat.

2. Get to the top or close to the top of Kenji's casino across the street. But watch out, they do shoot at you.

you got to go all the way to the top of the building. Your probably not going all the way up. I was doing the same. Look around there are another set of stairs. Good Luck!

Ok, thanx everybody.. I hadn't even noticed the stairs in front of the casino, but now I've got it!!! hehe..die mafia-ba****ds!!
