Mistake?

On the japanese classics seasonal it says "the tyre selection..." on tsukuba, suzuka & toscana but on trial mountain and ssr5 it says "the tire selection...". Is it just me that has noticed this, or is there anyone else? Also is there anyother mistakes?
 
Tire is in American English.
Tyre is in British English.

It may not be consistent, but both are correct.
But not consistent.

Yes that is what i thought.
 
Perhaps it's not the same translator translating all of the events, so you'll have one who was taught British English and one who was taught American English.
 
Another mistake I noticed was that on the Stars & Stripes event, when you are at the pre-race menu (where it shows you the drivers), it actually says "Stars & amp; Stripes" (or at least it does on the Daytona event). I think it stands for "ampersand", which I think is the full name for a "&".

I have seen many inconsistencies with the spelling of seasonals. A lot of the times the mixed Capital letters and small letters.
