Mitsubishi evo super rally car

not sure if thats the exact name of the car I'm after but its basically the car all the top people use for rally time trials, I've coveted that car for far to long now I even spend a whole day just refreshing the UCD but to no avail so I'm hoping someone in here can help me out.

unfortunately no, to be honest I don't really understand tickets... I've always just used them as soon as I've got them don't think I've ever seen level 67 though, that said I've started a new profile so should start collecting tickets on there soon.
