Found this car and setup to be a PP630 killer. Finished with a Gold on the first race in each. Here goes:

Power: (323) -8
Weight: (1017) 90%
Aero: 20/35
Ride Height: -10/-10
Spring Rate: 7/6
Damper: 7/6
Toe: -0.25/+0.10
Camber: 2.0/1.0
Brakes: 5/5
TCS: Off
ABS: Off or 1, whichever you prefer
Transmission: Set to your preference, I liked a 4.556 final.

This car is extremely forgiving of aggressive driving, cuts through corners like butter, and has enough ooomph to handle the straights. This is my first post, so I thought I'd share this setup. Try it out and please let me know what you think. I'm also interested in any improvements, specifically within the gearbox.

Really? For which track? And what gear setup are you using?

Pretty much any, Don't worry it's not your setup, it's just the Evo, it's painful on the straights even on Suzuka, then you hit the S's you make it back. I gained 2 seconds in the S's against an Aston in 600PP online.

Yep, that's a pretty good setup. I made a few little changes and made it even better. I finally got gold in S1 and S4. Here's mine:
PP630 for S Class S1 and S4:
Power: (337) -3
Weight: (1005) 89%
Aero: 15/30
Ride Height: -10/ -8
Springs: 5/7
Damper: 7/6
Toe: -0.20/ +0.10
Camber: 2.2/ 1.0
Brakes: 9/6
Turn angle: 50 (if you have a wheel...Logitech DF-GT)
TCS: off
ABS: 1
1st: 2.909
2nd: 1.944
3rd: 1.320
4th: 1.100
5th: 0.893
6th: 0.693
Final: 4.377

Use lots of throttle and turn angle thru the turns, the power will pull the front end in. Brake early and accelerate thru the turns. In S1 I was in 1st by the end of the 3rd lap!
