The Lancer Evolution has always been Mitsubishi's car of choice for the World Rally Championship, starting with the Evo IV in 1996. The car was extremely successful, sparking an intense rivalry with the Subaru Impreza WRX STI even after the cars ceased the rallying campaigns.

Mitsubishi pulled out of the World Rally Championship as a constructor in 2005 but they continued to sell Group N spec machines to privateers for several years and the Evo IX still sees rallying action today.

The Group N car was powered by the same 2.0 "4G63T" turbocharged Inline 4 producing 300HP like all other Group N cars although the car gained some wieght in the process, going from 1310KG to 1370KG.

Engine: Mitsubishi 4G63T 2.0 Inline
Power: 300 BHP
Torque: N/A
Transmission: 6 Speed Manual Sequential
Kerb weight: 1370 KG

There should be like a base-model rally car for GT, inspired by the Group N Rally car. So, voted!
