Mk's/ garage/ hybriding help

In another post it was suggested that you use MK's to get gameshark codes for hybriding, now i have MK's, but no X-Port or Shark Port, I have GS v.4, my question is how do i get a garage or the files to start editing my own car :P since there is no way to start your own car from scratch and have all the choices of body, chassis, drivetrain, engine, etc...any help would be appreciated...thanx much.
 
You will need a gamesave on your PS2 and some sort of code converter if one exsists for GS2 - GS4. MK's contains codes for the Codebreaker and older model GS/AR2.
 
I understand that, but how to get it from PS2 to pc :P...No X-Port as noted in previous post, and a converter shouldn't be a problem, at least I don't think it will be...
 
you aren't going to be able to do that without a transfer device, but you will be able to pull GS2v2 codes from the program, which is why you would need the converter. If you had an xport I wouldn't have bothered to mention the converter in the first place.
 
but to get codes from it I'd have to work with it, to work with it, I need a garage with several cars (well all the cars I want parts from), which was what i was trying to get at in my last post...I can't get codes without cars to edit, and without an x-port that's impossible for me, unless someone else wants to throw up a garage with some cars for me, the car I am trying to hybrid is in a seperate post, R Xtasy - 7, to

I have a downloadable saved game on my site.
 
You only really need one car in the garage, you can change it to anything you want.

I will attach a blank save with 1 car. Do look into Sinned's page, he has a good selection of codes for that device.
 
Checked into your site SinneD and thanx man that was a ton of info, and i got all the answers i needed, except i don't understand the part 1/part 2 thing, i assume it's the same code, just seperated?

Part one and part two just seperates the two codes that must be entered into the gameshark to actually activate the mod.

I.E. for the base name code for the Acura CL 3.2 Type-S, you would enter the codes like this into the gameshark under the same code name.
